3 - Once you receive you price list please pick your items and total your order quantity in the correct field and send it back to us.

4 - After we receive the price list we will issue a Proforma according to your order and will email it to you for verification. We will include payment instructions. We offer several convenient ways for our customers to pay.

5 - We will process your order after payment confirmation has been made and you will receive a confirmation email.

6 - We will ship as agreed by method and time on the Proforma. If there is any change or delay we will inform you by phone or email.

7 - We will email all shipping details (tracking information, shipping invoice, and packing list) so that you may track your order status from the selected shipping company with their tracking number.
